We won't restrict your service if you go over your limits, however you will have to pay overusage rates. Speak with our team if you want to know more information on this.

To prevent you from racking up these out-of-bundle charges, it's very SIMple to purchase bolt on packages of minutes, texts or data.

We'll also allow you to set a Bill Limit on your account. We will also impose a credit limit on your account which will stop any excess unexpected spending.

Of course you can keep your number, all you need to do it call up your current provider and get your PAC Code and send it over to us. Once you've done that, let us know and we'll seamlessly transfer your number over.

We guarantee to accept all applications, providing that we can verifiy your identity. You may need to pay a small £25 deposit too, but we'll let you know if this is the case.

We will connect you directly to either the Vodafone or O2 Network - you can choose. Our prices are the same for both networks.
We recommend you check network coverage in your area before you sign up. You can check this with our team.

You'll need to pay your first month when we set you up by either Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Thereafter we'll collect your monthly bill by Direct Debit - so you'll need a UK bank account that accepts Direct Debits.
